By purchasing AMS on a qualifying Yealink Video Conferencing unit, the Yealink warranty is extended for the selected duration and includes a next business day swop-out of the hardware from the time the faulty unit is received by Nology, while the unit is under warranty. Please note this does not include time, material and engineering hours if applicable. Next business day swap out applies to any faulty part. This is a permanent like-for-like swap out and NOT a loan unit. Loan units may be offered where permanent replacement units are not available. Software updates and upgrades are included for the applicable warranty period.
