Nology provides a selection of product leaflets and catalogues that are regularly updated, with a wealth of information about the products and solutions that we offer. These leaflets and catalogues are freely available to all resellers for download on the Reseller Portal on our website.
- Our Price-list & Promotions
Our price list is updated and emailed to all registered resellers on the first business day of every month. If you are a new customer and have not yet received our price list within the last month, please ask one of our sales representatives to add you to the list. You can also download our latest price list from the Reseller portal at the link provided above. Also, please inform the sales team if there are more employees in your company that should receive the mailers.
Occasionally we send specials, promotions, and new product announcements via an email distribution list to all our customers. All registered resellers are on this list by default and new resellers are added when their applications are successfully processed.
If you are not receiving our email communication (e.g., price lists, promotions and product announcements), you can also ask your IT department to make sure that emails from nology.co.za are whitelisted (not blocked or filtered by your server).
Our email distribution list includes an opt-out system (a link at the bottom of the email), should you no longer wish to receive our mailers. Please note that if you choose to opt-out then you will not receive any mailers from Nology including the price list. - Your Sales Contacts
Nology has a knowledgeable and energetic sales team that is always ready to assist you. You are welcome to ask for or include one of our sales consultants directly. To ensure premium service and a fast turnaround time, we recommend that you always include or direct your email enquiries and requests to sales@nology.co.za.

- Request for Quotations & Placing Orders
Nology’s user-friendly Reseller Portal is packed with features such as, online stock checking, order requests, access to the latest price-list, and product brochures.
We also have a dynamic sales team who are available to handle all your requests and enquiries, from a price query and quotation to placing an order.

Upon acceptance of our quote, please forward a purchase order (or email from an authorized person confirming your order in case your company can not provide a PO), as no telephonic order confirmations will be processed. On placing a telephonic order, you will receive an official quotation or sales order via email which you will need to approve.

• Payment is required before your order can be processed. • FOR THE QUICKEST TURNAROUND TIME, WE RECOMMEND YOU MAKE PAYMENT USING OUR SECURE NETCASH CLICK-TO-PAY ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY - YOUR ORDER WILL IMMEDIATELY BE PROCESSED ON SUCCESSFUL payment. A link for payment of your specific order can be found on the Nology Sales Order. • For EFT payments made NOT using our secure NETCASH Click-To-Pay online payment facility, please note: • A payment confirmation email directly from your bank is required – forwarded emails or attachments sent from any email address other than the bank’s, will not be accepted and money will 1st need to reflect in our bank account before your order can be processed. • Payment for orders exceeding R15,000 need to reflect in our bank account before your order can be processed. • For credit card payments made at our office, please NOTE: • Payment/order limit of R15,000 – no splitting of payments/orders • Your order will only be processed after successful payment - allow more time as result. Customers with Payment Terms
• Overdue accounts will require that you first bring your account up to date before your order can be processed. • Payment is required for orders exceeding your available credit before your order can be processed. • The portion exceeding your available credit at least is payable. - Collections
• Our Centurion and Cape Town Offices will be open for collections: • Mondays to Thursdays from 07:00 to 17:00 • Fridays from 07:00 to 16:00 • Standard orders will be ready for collection within approximately 15 minutes after payment confirmation (see above) • Allow more time for special or large orders - check with your Nology salesperson. • The Sales Order number of your Nology order or your PO number is required as a reference for collections. • When sending your customer to collect • Clearly indicate this to the Nology Salesperson when placing your order • Confirm your customer’s details (company name and name of person who will be collecting) • Make sure your customer uses the Sales Order number of your Nology order as a reference when collecting. • Nology does NOT accept any responsibility for the wrong order collected by the wrong customer without Sales Order numbers. • When sending your own couriers to collect • Clearly indicate this to the Nology Salesperson when placing your order • Ensure/request your courier to complete the waybill in full. - Deliveries
Nology provides a delivery service through our own vehicles and drivers in Gauteng, or through our professional courier partners. If you prefer, you can also use your own courier. Our delivery fees are included in our monthly price list. If you have not received it, please contact our sales team for our most recent delivery fees or price list.
- Payment Options & Terms
It is important to note that signing up as a reseller with Nology is on a COD basis and does not constitute payment terms. Customers are however able to apply for credit terms with Nology and a Credit Application form will have to be completed. We insure our credit facilities through Credit Guarantee and all applications are subject to approval by them

Nology offers a convenient, user-friendly Warranty service platform. Upon signing up with us as a Reseller, you will be sent a welcome email that includes your login credentials and a user guide. This platform serves as your central contact point to log warranty returns, check the status, and receive updates on the progress of your job.
