Product Information and Catalogues

Nology provides a selection of product leaflets and catalogues that are regularly updated, with a wealth of information about the products and solutions that we offer. These leaflets and catalogues are freely available to all resellers and are available for download on the Reseller Portal on our website

Our Price List

Our price list is updated and emailed to all registered resellers on the first business day of every month.

Specials and Promotions

Nology regularly sends specials, promotions and new product announcements via an email distribution list to all our customers. All registered resellers are on this list by default and new resellers are added when their applications are processed. If you are a new customer and have not yet received our price list within the last month, please ask one of our sales representatives to add you to the list. Please also inform the sales team if there are more employees in your company that need to receive the mailers.

If you are not receiving our emails (e.g. price lists, promotions and product announcements), you can also ask your IT department to make sure that emails from are whitelisted (not blocked or filtered by your server).

Our email distribution list utilises an opt-out system (link at the bottom of the email), should you no longer wish to receive our mailers. Please note that if you choose to opt-out then you will not receive any mailers from Nology including the price list.

Request for Quotation & Placing Orders

Nology has an Online Shop & Reseller Portal for your convenience. The Online Shop & Reseller Portal is packed with features such as online stock checking, order requests, access to the latest price list and product brochures and matrixes.

We also have a dynamic sales team who are available to handle all your requests and enquiries, from a price query and quotation to placing an order.

Upon acceptance of our quote, please forward a purchase order or email confirming your order, as no telephonic order confirmations will be processed. On placing a telephonic order, you will receive an official quotation or sales order via email which you will need to approve.

If your company’s policy is “no PO no payment”, we will require an official purchase order from you before we will be able to process your order.

Collecting Orders from Nology

COD customers – please email your proof of payment to for all areas except Cape Town, or for Cape Town so that we can process your order promptly. For orders over R5,000 (incl. VAT), payment has to reflect in our bank account before the order can be collected or delivered. For orders below R 5,000 (incl. VAT), collection or delivery can proceed as soon as we receive your proof of payment.

Please allow at least 30 minutes to prepare your order before collecting (subject to the size of the order), for larger orders please allow more time and confirm with your sales consultant.

Delivering Orders

Nology offers a delivery service via our own vehicles and drivers (Gauteng only) and through reputable courier companies. Customers are also welcome to use their own courier if they prefer.

All deliveries (including couriers) include FREE insurance. Nology also offers FREE delivery on orders over R3,500 (incl. VAT), in all main centres, but please note that there may be additional charges if you require same or next day delivery.

Payment Options and Terms

Debit & Credit Card Payment:

  • Maximum value of R15,000 (incl. VAT) is allowed per order.
  • For COD orders over R15,000 (incl. VAT), please use our onsite EFT payment terminal.
  • Card payment options are not available to customers with payment terms or other special pricing arrangements.

Electronic Transfer (EFT):

  • For orders over R5,000 (incl. VAT), payment must reflect in our bank account before the orders are released. We maintain accounts with all major banks, so to ensure speedy clearing of your payment, please ensure that you pay in to the relevant account.
  • For orders below R5,000 (incl. VAT), the order can be released upon receipt of your bank issued proof of payment.
  • The following will not be accepted as proof of payment: SMS/text message, screen shots copied into emails or sent as an attachment.
  • Proof of payment must be sent to directly from your online banking platform.
  • Nology provides an onsite EFT payment terminal for your convenience.
  • Please ensure that you always use your Nology account number as your payment reference in order to ensure that your payment is correctly allocated.

For added customer convenience Nology has opened bank accounts at the following major banking institutions: ABSA, First National Bank, Standard Bank and Nedbank. To avoid delays and to enable our sales team to assist you promptly with your orders we encourage you to pay into the corresponding banking institution account and that you add or receive email payment notification directly from your online banking platform when making payment via EFT method.

Cash Payments:

  • Nology accepts cash payments and deposits up to a maximum value of R 5,000 (incl. VAT) only.

Cash Deposit:

  • Cash deposit payments and cheque payments will be subject to a 1.5% additional charge on the value of the order (Incl. VAT) to be covered by the customer for any deposits made at the bank. This fee will have to be paid before order will be released.

It is important to note that signing up as a reseller with Nology is on a COD basis and does not constitute payment terms.

Customers are however able to apply for credit terms with Nology and a Credit Application form will have to be completed. We insure our credit facilities through Credit Guarantee and all applications are subject to approval by them. Default payment terms are 7 days from statement. Additional motivation will need to be submitted with the credit application to apply for 30 days from statement terms and other conditions will apply.

Warranties & Returns

We value the relationship with our customers and therefor offer a full warranty and return service in the event that a faulty product was purchased from Nology. You may return any faulty stock item which was purchased from Nology, within the applicable warranty period.
