Responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office by offering proficient administrative support to internal staff and customers in line with the required standards.

To ensure that the correct company products are received, controlled and dispatched. Customers and suppliers should have a delightful experience encountering this person.

Responsible for developing long-term relationships with portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Primary role is to process and assess faulty units received from clients. Deal with customer queries on warranties efficiently and professionally.
