The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales strategy by nurturing new and existing clients and building profitable customer relationships which will ultimately increase revenue.

The VoIP Technician will be champion for all VoIP technologies within Nology, taking ownership and contributing to all technical aspects of Nology’s VoIP product line.

Effectively carry out all administrative functions relating to the procurement of Nology products including the completion and monitoring of documentation and processes starting from the point of order from the vendors until the stock is received in the warehouse.

Serves as the primary administrative resource for the sales department by monitoring key systems and processes and supporting the Sales Manager and Team Leaders in ensuring continuous and timely updates on such systems for the efficient operation on the department.

To coordinate and support the external sales team by organising, monitoring and allocating resources effectively and further collaborating with the Sales Manager and Internal Sales Team Leader to align all sales activities.
