Account Manager – Logitech
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing long term relationships with portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. In addition, assist partners with business opportunities, lead generation, marketing initiatives, and understanding the relevant programs and routes to maximize partners’ reach to the market share.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Managing customer accounts and building relationships with key contacts.
- Identify and create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within customer accounts.
- Liaise and coordinate the internal company functions/requirements to ensure the highest level of customer service to for all assigned accounts.
- Monitoring incoming order and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.
- Provide reports in monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about performance on assigned accounts.
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by clients on assigned accounts.
- Taking a proactive approach to account management.
- Work closely with the Internal sales consultants to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers within the assigned customer base.
- Filter information regarding forecasted stock, project requirements, pre-sales queries through to the Product Manager/s.
- Proactively seek ways to broaden customer base.
- Enter and update all customer information on CRM system.
- Proactively manage deals and opportunities in sales pipeline.
- Develop new business opportunities
Manage the Sales of the Brand performance for relevant product set and relevant base (focus list):
- Driving revenue targets through a targeted set of relevant brand partners, resellers
- Quarterly Business Review Session with Relevant brand.
- Drive targeted partner development planning and reviews as per the focus list.
- Drive Relevant brand Product Strategy and overview sessions with Business Partners.
- Existing and New (brand-specific) partner recruitment and Development.
- On-boarding process re Operational process within focus list.
- Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members.
- Ensure the satisfactory execution of the aligned business plan in conjunction with the Strategic business partners Execs and Brand Managers.
- Demonstrate sales growth.

Requirements:
Internal training:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Sales related degree or diploma will be advantageous.

- Implement digital marketing plans across Google Ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
- Develop and manage social media plans and campaigns to drive brand engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
Website Management & Optimization:
- Regularly update websites with fresh content, product information, and news updates.
- Ensure website functionality, usability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Content Development & Collaboration:
