Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dispatch of Nology Client devices, by means of courier
- Receive VAS holding stock via Acumatica and store in designated VAS storage space
- Pick, pack and process all orders received through our STACK system, daily
- Ensure manifest is done for end of day courier collection
- Ensure daily courier handover is done
- Assist with speedy delivery of problem parcels when needed
- Assist with ISP and Courier administrative duties when needed
Refurbishment of Devices – When not busy with Key Duties
- Flash and Reboot all returned devices (Centurion and Cape Town) and capture on relevant form
- Clean the device and add all missing components as well as a new box where needed
- Capture all completed devices on the relevant form as well as the STACK Upload form.
Stock Storage Management
- Pack Holding stock neatly in dedicated space in VAS storage area
- Manage stock inventory and request top up stock when running low
- Keep VAS storage area neat
- Assist with stock take of VAS stock
Faulty Unit Management – When Assistance is needed
- Ensure that all faulty devices are given to the Warranty Department and collect from them once done
- Ensure that all Damaged and Non-Refurb devices are captured on the relevant form and packed neatly in the dedicated space in the warehouse
General
- Sign for all STACK related units returned via courier when needed
- Ensure that the designated work area is always neat and presentable
- Ad Hoc duties where VAS team members need assistance

The Product Specialist is a hybrid role, bridging the gap between Product Management and Sales, a subject matter expert in the fields of Video Conferencing and Collaboration, this role requires the candidate to be customer facing, but to also have sound technical and commercial knowledge.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Video Conferencing and collaboration market.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements and the matching product unique selling points (USPs).
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for allocated brands and products.
- Is a market expert. Market expertise includes understanding the reasons customers purchase products. This includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy your product. Product
- Specialists need market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasks.
- Lead customer meetings, analyse customer needs to develop and position fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Assist sales team to compile quotes, proposals and bid responses.
- Conducts site inspections and recommends appropriate products and solutions to address customer’s requirements.
- Runs demo program, as well as regular reviews and checks with customers to ensure that the product meets the customer expectations.
Act as the product / brand leader within the company. - Identify and assist product managers to source and develop new product and brand alliances.
- Developing business cases and Go-To-Market plan for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
- Plan and supervise new product implementations/rollouts.
- Define and prioritize customer segments/markets for the product.
- Define and manage product pricing on internal systems and pricelists.
