Job Purpose Summary:
This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory receiving, storage and internal distribution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the most efficient and safe offloading, loading, and stacking of products.
- Receive stock into Acumatica within 1 working day after receipt
- Action daily returned stock with stock transfers back into stock holding.
- Ensure correctness of daily stock issues to Outbound Administrators.
- Ensure correctness of unused stock returned to stock holding from Outbound Administrators.
- Monitor Bin Locations with labelling and stock rotation.
- Ensure demarcated areas for different ISP stock, per warehouse and location
- Plan monthly stock item qty checks, quarterly process ed stock takes
- Investigate, explain variances, and complete stock takes on time.
- Check stock to be destroyed against documentation for correctness and prepare to destroy.
- Monthly recycled cartons to recycler.
Human Resources
- Supervise personnel in reporting line.
- Observe and report staff movements, leave and activities to the line manager.
- Make recommendations of review and update of Job Descriptions regularly
- Assist line manager with Performance Reviews of warehouse staff.
- Hold regular team meeting and give constructive and motivating feedback to staff
- Ensure continuous and correct training are given.
- Ensure that all training records are completed, up to date and filed with HR.
- Keep up to date with inter-departmental process & procedural changes. Inform supervised staff thereof.
- Adhere and enforce compliance with department and company policies and procedures and act against misconduct in line with the disciplinary code of conduct and in conjunction with the line manager
General
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion
- Develop and maintain a schedule for the planned maintenance of equipment and arranging for repairs and replacement of equipment to ensure an uninterrupted service.
- Ensure workplace health, safety and security requirements in respect of the warehouse and stock are met
- Evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase productivity of warehouse and logistics operations
- Ensure that the Warehouse is clean and maintained in an organized manner
- Day end check and lock up of warehouse stockholding area.
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Complete other tasks as assigned and requested
- Assist with duties of team members when they are on leave.
REQUIREMENTS
Internal training: During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with training plan designed to guide you through your on-the-job training experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric
- Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain an advantage
Experience required
- 5-10 years’ experience in Logistics/Warehouse operations
- 2 years’ experience in in a supervisory role
- 2-5 years Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
- Financial / ERP Systems (Acumatica advantageous)

Job Purpose Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and execution. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. It includes working with technical, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand and define the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements and the products’ unique selling points (USPs).
- Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
- Work closely with technical, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Do market research and competitive analysis.
- Run beta and pilot programs as well as regular reviews and checks with customers to ensure that the products meet customers’ expectations.
- Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
- Plan and supervise new product implementations/rollouts.
- Define and prioritize customer segments/markets for the product.
- Ultimate responsibility for product pricing and pricing policies.
- Define marketing strategy and plan for the products.
- Provide and continuously update product sales forecasts.
- Ultimate responsibility for Supplier relationships.
- Oversee supplier contracts and/or target negotiations.
